Our LMS Policy

Golden Stream Laboratories (GSL), operate under the Laboratory Management System (LMS) Quality Policy, which is a controlled document (GSL/QC/POL/01).
Our commitment to quality and compliance is outlined in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

The key elements of our Quality Policy include:

• Ensuring impartiality to provide prompt and reliable laboratory services, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
• Developing and implementing our Laboratory Management System in alignment with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, with a focus on continual improvement through regular reviews.
• Conducting all testing activities in accordance with relevant National/International standards and customer requirements.
• Adhering to good professional practices and ensuring reproducible test results by regularly validating and assuring the validity of test results.
• Maintaining organizational commitment by prohibiting any interference or influence on each other’s work.
• Encouraging active participation of Quality Control employees in planning and continuous improvement efforts to achieve quality objectives.
• Ensuring competence of all personnel for their tasks, familiarity with quality documentation, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Providing appropriate training, especially to technical personnel, to ensure integrity of testing services and compliance with national and international test method requirements.
• Utilizing standard methods and optimal testing environments to produce accurate results, participating in external quality assurance programs, and continuously improving our Laboratory Management System.
• Compliance with all legal and operational requirements related to environmental aspects, and periodic review and revision of this policy for continual improvement.
• This policy is communicated to all GSL employees, emphasizing the importance of full compliance to maintain our commitment to quality and excellence.
